About Patrick Sweeney

The Sweeney Family has proudly served the Coastal Orange County real estate community for over 40 years. Patrick Sweeney is a dynamic, third-generation coastal Southern California Realtor® with over twenty-five years of real estate experience. A meticulous professional, Patrick has been professionally involved with all aspects of the housing market and has managed the sale of properties in all fifty states. His transactional volume already far exceeds what most industry agents will achieve in their lifetime.

Because of his and his team's successes, Patrick has consulted directly with several CEOs of the most prominent real estate hedge funds in the country. During his time in Asset Management, his team created and implemented the platform for the sale and rehabilitation of residential REO assets nationwide. Patrick's team negotiated the sales of over 3,000 homes in excess of $500 million annually. Additionally, he annually approved and managed over $30 million in rehabilitation and construction projects.

Patrick's approachability and ability to communicate the complexities of real estate transactions have made him an agent who is highly sought after in the area. Patrick understands that whether buying or selling a home, the process can be a stressful one that conjures up a number of questions. His tireless pursuit to ensure his clients are heard, and their concerns are validated, resonates with his hard work ethic, ultimately putting his clients at ease.

Patrick was raised in the Dover Shores neighborhood of Newport Beach. Patrick, his wife Victoria, and their six children currently reside in Newport Heights and are actively involved members of the community. Patrick, an alumnus of Newport Harbor High School where he played water polo, and the Sweeney Family proudly support the Newport Harbor High School Aquatics Program.
